These Three Words Were The Motto That Guided Godzilla X Kong

Adam Wingard’s “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire” has a fairly straightforward premise that ultimately sees the titular monsters team up to fight a greater threat.
While the film is visually spectacular, Wingard told The Wrap that he used a three-word motto when making the movie’s plot: “Simplicity is key.”
Wingard continued, “We wanted there to be a simplicity of the actual plot and how many characters that there were so that you could get more intimate with them.”
The director felt that past films in the franchise suffered from having too many human characters, who ultimately pulled attention away from the monsters.
