First Born Son
Billy Michaels was a little boy who loved Western movies and was shot with an arrow dueling a neighbor boy. He wears a Western-style button-up and wields an ax.
His name is likely a reference to Billy the Kid. He represents the Aries sign and has "negative" traits of an Aries, such as stubbornness, recklessness, and youthful immaturity.
The Torso
The Torso is Jimmy "The Gambler" Gambino who was cut into pieces for failing to pay a gambling debt. He’s a non-violent ghost, likely because he’s only a torso.
Jimmy is the Black Zodiac version of a Taurus, explaining his desire for material things, greed, laziness, and rage. When his ghost appears, the screams of his severed head sound.
The Bound Woman
Susan LeGrow was a rich, popular girl in school who was strangled by her boyfriend after she was caught cheating and buried under the football field.
As the third member of the Black Zodiac, the Bound Woman represents Gemini. Her history of cheating shows the indecisive nature of Geminis and their reputation for being two-faced.
The Withered Lover
Jean Kriticos died in a fire after her husband saved their children instead of her. Despite her violent demise, Jean was genuinely innocent and kind.
Jean did her best to protect Cyrus’ family from danger. The Withered Lover is equivalent to Cancer, represented by her motherly, intuitive, compassionate, and emotional nature.
The Torn Prince
Royce was a young baseball player with a superiority complex who died in a drag race after his brake lines were cut. His body was buried near the baseball field.
His ghost haunts the corridors of Cyrus' home, baseball bat still in hand. He represents the inverse of Leo, making him self-centered, egotistical, possessive, and impatient.
