Booth Never Let These Three Items Leave His Pockets During Bones

While portraying Special Agent Seeley Booth in Fox's police procedural “Bones,” David Boreanaz always carried three items in his pockets that represented the character's backstory.
Per an article on Entertainment Weekly, Boreanaz kept a brass Zippo-brand cigarette lighter in his pocket as a reference to Booth’s experience as an Army Ranger.
The actor also had a pair of craps dice on him to let Booth release nervous energy surrounding his gambling addiction, which would come into play during Season 10.
The third item Boreanaz carried was a medal of the Patron Saint of Travel, St. Christopher, a symbol of Booth’s devout Roman Catholic faith.
