- Ben started professionally analyzing film and television in 2008 when he co-founded The Pretentious Film Majors with Zachary Shevich. The radio show on Drexel's WKDU 97.1FM evolved into an entertainment hub that also included podcasts, YouTube videos, and written reviews in various Philadelphia-based outlets.
- He has covered SDCC, NYCC, C2E2, the Tribeca Film Festival, and the Chicago International Film Festival. At these events and beyond, he has interviewed acclaimed filmmakers like Kevin Smith, Edgar Wright, Guillermo del Toro, and Robert Zemeckis, as well as phenomenal performers such as Dante Basco, Karen Gillen, Danny Pudi, a few Batmen, some Doctors (including Frasier Crane), and many others.

Education
Ben attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA to learn the ins and outs of film and TV, both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. After completing an internship with Rain Management Group, he graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in screenwriting and playwriting with a minor in television production.
