All the Peters!
Hasbro Pulse revealed the new Marvel Legends figures for "Spider-Man: No Way Home" in one of their livestream videos where they announce upcoming action figures. Unfortunately, it's too early to see the actual action figures for all the Peters in-hand, but they did reveal the full digital renderings, which you can see above. However, keep in mind that there can be some small tweaks between these renderings and the final figures as they actual toys go through a full review process.
Tobey Maguire's original "Spider-Man" is coming to Marvel Legends, and his figure has been given the proper raised web design on his body, rather than the painted lines of other Spider-Man figures. It's a signature trait of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man suit, and it's nice to see the attention to detail here.
Then we have Andrew Garfrield as "The Amazing Spider-Man," who also has raised webbing on the body of the figure, but not quite so pronounced as Tobey Maguire's Spidey. Also, it sounds like he might be the only one to come with a shooting web.
Finally, we have Tom Holland's Spider-Man in the integrated suit from the final battle. This version of the figure has been given an upgrade from previously released versions, including properly painted web lines (although they aren't raised like the other Spider-Men).
I love you guys!
You'll also notice that the heights and body variations of the Spider-Man figures have been taken into account. Tom Holland is the shortest, while Andrew Garfield is the lankiest. Tobey Maguire has the honor of being the bulkier Spider-Man, with all that muscle mass he's built over the years. It's just a bit disappointing that we don't get the heads sculpts for each actor. That would likely make the figures more costly due to likeness rights, but it would certainly sweeten the deal.
As the Marvel Legends guys note, the level of deco detail on these figures is far above what Marvel Legends usually delivers, which is why this is a Hasbro Pulse exclusive and it's a little pricier than what a normal three-pack of figures might usually run you. The "Spider-Man: No Way Home" action figure set will cost $89.99.
This is a fantastic assortment of Spider-Men, and you can be sure I'll be pre-ordering from Hasbro Pulse as soon as the listing goes up.
