VOTD: Why 'Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2' Looks So Damn Stunning
One of the most refreshing things about Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, even when compared to the first film from 2014, is the vibrant, bright color palette that spans across the entire film. This is such a colorful movie with beautiful practical and digital sets, and some of the best visual effects in a Marvel Studios project. Director James Gunn's visual style really shines in his cosmic corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and he has the RED Weapon camera to thank for that.
