'Sausage Party' Clip: Get Ready For Some Hot And Steamy Weiner-In-Bun Action
Remember those junior high school dances of yore, when the boys would line up on one side of the room and the girls would line up on the other, and both sides would talk a big game but no one could actually bring themselves to actually get close to each other? That's basically this first clip from Sausage Party, except of course we're talking about sausages and buns, not guys and gals. Watch the Sausage Party clip below.
Sausage Party is rated R. This clip is not, but if you are at work you may want to keep the volume down, unless you want to explain why you're listening to Jonah Hill say stuff like "look at these buns waiting to get filled up with my meat."
It's not like Sausage Party is the first to wink-wink, nudge-nudge at the notion of sticking weiners in buns. But after watching a bunch of hot dogs catcall a bunch of hot dog buns, I suspect I'll feel a little pervy the next time I put a hot dog together. And maybe also kind of sadistic, for eating beings who are sentient enough to catcall each other. Also: it's a nice touch that the hot dogs come in packs of 10 while the buns are in packs of 8. That's how you know Sausage Party is committed to realism.
Sausage Party hits theaters August 12.
