See The Official 'Avengers: Age Of Ultron' Trailer And Poster
There's Marvel with the best official response I can remember for a big leak. This afternoon, the Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer leaked, only hours after being announced for an official debut next week.
So Marvel did the only thing it could do, and dropped the official release. Below, you can see the Age of Ultron trailer in official quality, which is much better than that (admittedly good) bootleg.
Most of what is in the trailer is what we saw at Comic Con this past summer, though it is missing a few bits and (I think) adds others. It's a very serious trailer, but we get to see quite a lot of the main players, including the title villain, Ultron. And yet it doesn't really tell us anything at all. In fact there's a good amount of Ultron, as well as some Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, and that Hulkbuster armor everyone is psyched about. (Personally, it's Ultron I want to see, but I can tell why the Hulkbuster thing is a big deal.)
This trailer is big and ominous and destructive, but it's the little shots that catch my eye. What's up with the ballerinas — is that Quicksilver playing piano? Is that in fact a human Andy Serkis a few seconds earlier? Love the shots of a very troubled Banner, and the isolated Black Widow. (And a shot that was suggestive of a new character in the low-res bootleg is now obviously just a person diving for cover when seen in HD.)
Avengers: Age of Ultron opens on May 1, 2015.

Marvel Studios presents Avengers: Age of Ultron, the epic follow-up to the biggest Super Hero movie of all time. When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth's Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to the Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.
Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision.
Written and directed by Joss Whedon and produced by Kevin Feige, Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series "The Avengers," first published in 1963.
