The Coen Brothers' 'True Grit' Moved Up Three Days
With Christmas falling on a Saturday this year, Paramount just announced they'll move their tentpole holiday release True Grit, directed by the Coen Brothers and starring Jeff Bridges, Matt Damon, Josh Brolin and newcomer Hailee Steinfeld, up three days to December 22. It'll now be in direct competition with Gulliver's Travels starring Jack Black and Little Fockers with Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro, Owen Wilson and Jessica Alba. Sounds like just the right mix of counter programming to me. What do you all think?
