Lord Of The Rings Fan Film The Hunt For Gollum Now Online

A couple months ago we posted a trailer for a Lord of the Rings fan film titled The Hunt For Gollum. The full 38-minute film has premiered online and is available for free. Over the weekend we were bombarded with e-mails from Ringers telling us to post about it. The story was adapted from elements of the appendices of The Lord of the Rings. The story follows the Heir of Isildur; the "greatest huntsman and traveler in Middle Earth" as he sets out to find the creature Gollum. The creature must be found to discover the truth about the Ring, and to protect the future Ringbearer.

It's amazing to think that this movie was created for only $3,000. Just goes to show you what passionate talented fans can do if they combine their efforts and donate their time.
