40-Minute Interview With Tim Burton
Tim Burton sat down with David Poland for a 40 minute interview to talk about his latest film, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. I really love long form interviews, and there are few directors in Hollywood that I find more interesting than Tim Burton (at least as a person). The most interesting part of the interview comes near the end where Burton admits that Green Screens give him a headache, and talks about his feelings on the advancements in technology. I agree with Burton, technology shouldn't be used just because we have it. It's something better assessed project to project, depending on what the story calls for. Watch the interview below.
