The Complete List Of 2023 Golden Globe Winners
Awards season is underway and tonight marks the 80th Golden Globes ceremony. We've already written at length about why the Golden Globes don't actually matter and why no one should actually invest any of their time or energy into pretending that they do, but we also know that as a movie site, we should at the very least have the winners list posted for posterity's sake. There's no telling what will become of the Golden Globes after their contract with NBC runs out, so who knows? Perhaps we're all witnessing the sinking of the scandal-ridden Titanic with trophies.
On a positive note, tonight's festivities are hosted by Emmy Award-winner and national treasure Jerrod Carmichael, who we hope is getting paid at least 3x what he was initially offered to host and will most certainly do a better job than when Ricky Gervais hosted in 2020 and tried to pass off conservative schtick as "comedy." The ceremony will also be honoring Eddie Murphy with the Cecil B. DeMille award for "outstanding contributions to the world of entertainment." The award was not given during last year's non-televised event, making Murphy the successor to 2021's winner, Jane Fonda.
This list will be updated throughout the night with the winners in bold and italics. Good luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor.
