LOL: Matt Damon Makes His First Guest Appearance On 'Jimmy Kimmel Live'
At the end of every single episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, the host apologizes to Matt Damon for running out of time. The gag is that every single night, Damon is in the back waiting to come on the show. That's not true of course, but the dedication to the bit is impressive. It's so impressive, in fact, Damon has never actually been a guest on the show. He's appeared, however. He's hosted, and been in taped videos, but never appeared as a guest.
Earlier this week, it finally happened. It only took George Clooney, Bill Murray, John Goodman, Cate Blanchett and Bob Balaban to do it. Damon is one of the stars of Clooney's The Monuments Men and was unceremoniously brought out as part of the ensemble. That devolved into 10 minutes of the genius cast ripping him to shreds. It's hilarious. Check it out below.
Thanks to Jimmy Kimmel Live for these videos. You can watch the full episode there, but here's Damon's appearance.
