Did Bryan Singer Tweet The First Look At A Mutant From 'X-Men: Days Of Future Past?'
From the looks of it, Bryan Singer has just given us our first glimpse at a mutant from X-Men: Days of Future Past. The director of the upcoming X-Men "Inbetweenquel" tweeted an image that is obviously the character Beast, who was played by Nicholas Hoult in X-Men: First Class (as seen above) and by Kelsey Grammer in X-Men: The Last Stand. Hoult will be reprising the role in the 2014 film so, it would seem, the image is likely him in some kind of makeup test.
How does it differ from his First Class look above? Check the image out below.
Here's Singer's Tweet with quote about the character:
Taking that image and placing it next to the First Class image, you can see that the color is very different, the eyes are brighter, but the shape of the hair is similar. Albeit a bit more rugged and aged.
They're different enough to suggest, yes, this is a new Beast, one from X-Men: Days of Future Past. Is this the first of a series of mutant reveals? I wouldn't doubt it. Keep an eye on Singer's Twitter for more.
