Watch Cats Vs. Zombies In Adorable 'Z Nation' Promo
In a video that was made for the entirety of the internet, we finally get to see what it would be like to see crafty and stealthy cats face off against mindless zombies.
It's Cats vs Zombies in this promo video made to help raise awareness for SyFy's TV series Z Nation, the zombie show now in its second season. Right from the beginning, you'll be hooked as the most cute, helpless kitten is trapped on the roof of a shed with zombies desperate for cat brains.
Here's Cats vs Zombies from Mr. TV Cow:
My only question from this video is why zombies are suddenly eating cat brains, but it's likely because they're clearly the most qualified to stop them from eating all the rest of the brains in the world.
These cats must have opposable thumbs or something, because I don't know how they would operate such heavy weaponry otherwise. And they certainly know how to hit their mark as they take out a zombie bride, a zombie hipster wearing a stupid fedora, and even a zombie lady who looks like she once owned a bunch of cats before the zombie apocalypse.
It's just a fun little promo video that effectively uses the appeal of awesome cats and zombie blood-splattering. And it even has a twist ending that might result in a Cats vs Zombies 2, or maybe even a big budget Hollywood movie. After all, if they can make a movie out of Pez dispensers and Emoji, then why can't we see cats fighting zombies on the big screen one day?
Z Nation begins three years into a virus-caused zombie apocalypse, which has already killed most humans. A group must transport Murphy, the only known survivor of a zombie bite who did not himself turn into a zombie, from New York to the world's last known functioning research lab in California. Murphy had been the unwilling subject of a government test vaccine in the days just before society fell apart, and his blood contains antibodies that are mankind's last and best hope for a vaccine. However, Murphy harbors a dark secret that threatens them all.
Z Nation airs on SyFy on Fridays at 10pm Eastern.
