'Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice' Trailer: Superman As False God
Here's the first full-length trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and it sees the world of DC's comic book heroes reeling from the aftereffects of Man of Steel.
As humanity struggles to come to terms with the presence of the godlike Superman (Henry Cavill) we hear a clamor of voices discussing the post-Superman world. Some sound like real-world quotes – are Charlie Rose and Neil deGrasse Tyson heard early on? – while others, such as Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor, are definitely unique residents of the DC Movie Universe.
And then there's Jeremy Irons as Alfred, who is heard in voiceover after the rumbling dies down, and Ben Affleck, whose Batman looks incredibly huge even without armor. The confrontation promised by the movie's title is teased with a question phrased as both a command, and a threat: "Tell me... do you bleed?"
